The foundation of Worldwide Helicopter Solutions is the experience, expertise, and vision of its founder, Paul J. Magno. With more than 20 years of international service in the rotorcraft field, he has witnessed the ever-increasing requirements and complexity of the aviation business as well as the decreasing availability and quality of services necessary to keep pace with these rapid changes. This results in grounded aircraft, longer downtime, or hindered certification programs.
Worldwide Helicopter Solutions intends to fill the gap created by these diminishing resources. Paul’s vision is to take the concept of “customer support” beyond mere satisfaction by making sincerity, competency, honesty, and integrity the cornerstones of his business.
